ANDREA H. DUSSAULT
OWNER | LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
As the Founder and Lead Designer of Striped Lemon Design, Andrea Dussault brings an insightful, hands-on approach to every project. Her design inspiration is deeply anchored in her life experiences ... from family travels around the globe to the strong European influence passed down from her mother and grandmother.
Since relocating to Charleston with her family in 2015, Andrea has cultivated a signature style entrenched in modern coastal living: fresh, bright, and effortlessly livable. With a discerning eye for detail and a deep understanding of how spaces should function, she seamlessly blends beauty with practicality to create homes that feel both elevated and personal. Her process is collaborative from the very start, combining each client’s vision with her design expertise and project management know-how to bring ideas to life with clarity and intention.
Andrea believes the magic is in the details, especially the custom finishing touches that make a home truly yours. Beyond leading her growing firm, she is an active voice in Charleston’s design community and currently serves as Vice President of the Interior Design Society’s Charleston chapter.
Her path to interior design is as dynamic as her work. Andrea attended Babson College, a world-renowned business school outside of Boston, where she honed entrepreneurial, leadership, and project management skills that continue to fuel her business today. A former collegiate athlete, she credits her time on the field for instilling the teamwork, discipline, drive, and perseverance that shape her approach as both a designer and business owner.
Before founding Striped Lemon Design, Andrea built a successful career in corporate executive recruiting in the IT consulting and investment management industries in Boston, MA and Hartford, CT. Andrea stepped away from the corporate world to pursue a lifelong passion for design and construction. In 2012, she launched her first design company in Connecticut before moving South and, after establishing roots in Charleston and founding a local nonprofit field hockey organization, she officially launched Striped Lemon Design.
Today, Andrea continues to design and build homes that reflect the people who live in them ... spaces that are elegant, intentional, and above all, livable.
KENNEDY BUCK
INTERIOR D E S I G N E R
Kennedy Buck is an interior designer at Striped Lemon Design, based in Charleston, South Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Central Michigan University, a CIDA-accredited program, bringing a solid foundation of knowledge and creativity to each project. As an active member of the Charleston chapter of the Interior Design Society, Kennedy stays engaged with the local design community and is committed to ongoing professional growth.

With a strong focus on collaboration, Kennedy approaches every project as a partnership, valuing her clients’ ideas while guiding them with thoughtful design solutions and a keen attention to detail. She’s passionate about creating interiors that feel both livable and layered, where functionality and beauty work hand in hand. Her style blends fresh, timeless design with personal touches that reflect each client’s lifestyle and needs.

Outside of design, Kennedy enjoys running, spending time at the beach, and exploring Charleston’s vibrant restaurant scene.

Behind the scenes, our Operations Manager keeps the engine running, overseeing finances, procurement, and marketing so our projects stay organized and on track.

Our trusted Renovation Team includes some of the best in the business, expert painters, electricians, plumbers, and contractors who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship and clear communication. When it’s time to install, our Moving and Install Teams step in with the muscle and precision needed to bring each design to life, handling every item and every space with care and respect.
